My boss has asked me to run a training session related to communicating with our international colleagues. I've searched the web for relevant training games but haven't come up with much.
Does anyone know some good games that actually teach something useful on the topic?

why do you need a game? you're in the workplace - you are paid to work, not play games.
if its a training session it shouldnt be sitting around playing a game at all - maybe search for 'simulations' or 'simulators' next-time though ;)
